QC American Model #YK7230 is the newest addition to our broad range of Generating grinders. During our review of high production automotive gears, it became very apparent that truly integrated, on-board automation was absolutely critical to increase throughput of the machine in question. The #7230, with a Siemens 840D control, 300,0mm capacity (12"), direct drive spindle, and multi-start capability fits this need admirably. With a small footprint and large enclosed area to accommodate a flexible load and unload station of workpieces, the #YK7230 is well positioned to provide outstanding service in a dedicated, high-production grinding environment.

YK7236-A is the most popular generating grinder in the QC line, features 360mm tip diameter workpiece capacity (14.18"), a NUM Axium Power 1050H control system with NUM drives, conversational or g-code programming, SBS balancing and acoustics equipment and Heidenhain rotary encoders and glass scales throughout. It is the idea machine for batch production of grinded gears.

Almost identical to its 'A' model sisters, the #YK7236-B is not a replacement to the 'A' but a more 'feature-rich' generating grinder platform. Also with hundreds of installations around the world, and utilizing the venerable NUM Axium Power 1050H control system, the #YK7236-B maintains the same footprint and overall specifications, but is well stocked with automatic features more amenable to higher throughput production grinding work. With up to three-start threading capability, the #YK7236-B has automatic stock sensing and dividing, grinding wheel braking, a more compact, a higher speed spindle than the 'A' model and CNC controlled workpiece angle setting. 360,0mm Tip Diameter (14") capacity.

YK3132 is a full CNC gear hobbing machine with 6 CNC axes: hobbing feed axis X, hobbing vertical feed axis Z, hobbing head horizontal moving axis Y, workpiece indexing axis C, hobbing head rotating axis A, and hobbing head vertically indexing axis B. Employing with high precision Electronic Gear Box, the machine greatly improves gear indexing accuracy and machining efficiency.
